“All around ViO is luxury living!!! Prior to the apartments opening. I made frequent calls for progress updates and Justin was always kind enough to give me a positive response! When it was time to move in my family was welcomed by their extremely friendly staff. Jennifer, Katrina and Ronnie. They all worked together to make our move in smooth and seamless… They truly care for you!!! ViO is extremely clean and work orders are always completed quick and efficient thanks to Carlos and Aurora who are very nice. They will always greet you and say HELLO! We definitely love the pool, cool down room, state of the art club house and business center. The GYM is AMAZING and perfect for all fitness levels. Cooking on the rooftop is a must with mountain views and a out door movie area. You will not be disappointed @ ViO especially with Safeway, Target, Starbucks, Chipotle, Five Guys, MOD Pizza, Panera bread, GNC and other restaurants in walking distance!!!”

“My family and I LOVE this apartment complex!!! The amenities are great, the apartments are virtually soundproof, it has almost anything you need as far as shopping goes right at your doorstep but what really sets it apart from other complexes in the area is the staff! ViO has THE BEST staff I’ve ever been around! Every person in the management office greets each tenant by name (they even know the name of the doggie tenants) and with a genuine smile. The maintenance staff here is top notch and gets things taken care of as needed with lighting speed (Carlos is the best!!!) The cleaning crew (which I believe is actually only one woman -who is unbelievably kind I might add) keeps everything sparkling clean in all the common areas. To top it off, the management holds rooftop parties for the tenants to meet, eat and be merry. And speaking of tenants, it seems like everyone I run into that lives here at ViO is friendly as well. Great community! I’m so happy my husband found this place!”

We were new to California, and after disappointing visits to many other apartments in the area, were very excited to find ViO. From the very beginning, Jen, Katrina, Justin, and Ronnie made us feel at home. After our first month, we are still greeted with smiles and by name each time we walk through the main building. The apartment was brand new and felt like home from the first day. The amenities are wonderful and the amount of restaurants, stores, and other every day business within walking distance is awesome. A big thanks to the staff for all their help and amazing smiles everyday!!

Finding an awesome apartment with GREAT amenities is important but it makes a HUGE difference when you have a great staff! Vio is 5 Stars across the board in every angle. I moved to the Bay Area from Atlanta, GA and the Vio staff was extremely helpful. They were brand new, so pictures weren’t loaded on the website, however they took time out of their day to get me as many pictures and videos as I needed. I had visited 12 other locations and toured other apartments but nothing compared to Vio and there wasn’t a staff that was better. It’s more of a family feel and now that I’m here, I have not had any issues. The maintenance guys are awesome and always available & I seem to need the often with me being clumsy. Haha. There are so many things I can list as to why I love Vio and their staff… I would recommend this place to any and everyone I know that’s looking!

I have to say, from the moment I first walked through the doors at ViO I was immediately greeted by the team and was offered refreshments. I was asked some questions like what I was looking for and such. I really felt like they were listening to everything I said. Throughout my move in process the entire team was very attentive and helped make my move smooth. Jennifer, Katrina, Justin and Ronnie were all fantastic and are always willing to help in any way. Also, the maintenance team is superb! Work orders were completed quickly and the property is always looking good. The pool is nice and clean plus they have 2 grills on the top of the leasing office which is great for small gatherings with a few friends. Overall, I couldn’t have picked a more perfect place to call home.
